Every few months, Defy Ventures hosts a Business Coaching Night for the formerly incarcerated students in their program. Volunteers sign up to come by and offer advice to those formulating their ideas to those with established businesses trying to take it to the next level. I was able to speak to a couple of the volunteers and hear their thoughts about volunteering for Defy.
